Thank you very much for visiting my website. I realize that people are constantly bombarded by T.V. ads by lawyers and that it may seem that there are a lot of lawyers out there. However, the reality is that there are not enough “good” lawyers. I consider myself a very good lawyer and that is because I listen to my client’s needs and I represent them with hard, intelligent and passionate work to achieve the best results for them. If I take your case it is my mission and focus to get you all the compensation and money that you deserve. I do not have a high volume practice and that is by choice. This allows me to devote the proper attention and care to your important case. I have recovered literally tens of millions of dollars over the years for my seriously injured clients and the families of those that have died.

Another benefit in hiring me is that it will not cost you any money up front. I believe in helping out injured people when they need it the most. You only owe me attorney fees if we are successful in getting a settlement or verdict.

If you are visiting my website, that means you or a loved one has suffered a serious injury, or a loved one has died due to the carelessness of a third party, either a person or a corporation; and I am truly sorry.

I have been successfully representing seriously injured folks like you and loved ones of people who have been killed due to the carelessness of another person or a corporation since 1981. I love my work and I love representing hard working and honest people. I enjoy the feeling of securing monies and settlements to fairly compensate my very deserving clients. My clients start out as clients, but by the end of the case we become friends.

I am board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Most lawyers who practice personal injury law are not board certified. It does not cost you any more to hire a board certified lawyer so it makes sense to hire an expert in the field of law in which you need help at no extra cost.

In order to be board certified you must have a lot of actual trial experience. You must have judges’ and other lawyers’ recommendation that you be allowed to sit down to take an all day exam. Once you pass the exam then you must take at least 25 hours of continuing legal education per year to maintain your board certification and most of those hours must be in personal injury trial law. Other lawyers who are not board certified only take 15 hours per year and there is no requirement that any of those 15 hours be in personal injury trial law.

So if you have been seriously injured or you have tragically lost a loved one and believe that I can help you, please do me the honor and allow me to represent you so that you can become another friend. Please call or email us now. Again, thank you for your time.

Kind regards,

Ruggero Provenghi
